INNOVIM is thrilled to announce Team INNOVIM’s successful bid for the NOAA Mission Information Technology Services (NMITS) Multiple Award BPA. We are immensely grateful to our team for the knowledge, experience, and hard work that collectively resulted in an exceptional proposal. Under this BPA, INNOVIM and our teammates will provide NOAA with IT services, solutions and support to advance its mission to ensure critical environmental intelligence is available to decision makers, scientists, business, and communities across the country. NMITS will harness the latest strategies and recommendations from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), such as the Technology Business Management (TBM) methodology and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), to drive strategic IT advantage and value to the NOAA organizations to deliver mission and business capabilities instead of delivering IT expertise.

About Phantom Eagle: Phantom Eagle is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business headquartered in Hot Springs, Virginia, providing engineering and technical network services employing cutting-edge technologies that reduce operational costs and expand mission capability to include Cyber Security Support Services, IT Operations and Maintenance, Data and Voice Networks security and Virtualization and web data migration. They support the seven geographic US Air Force Operations Centers around the world with a user base of thousands that includes networks, unique COTS and GOTS business applications and VTC collaboration services. They are an AWS Partner and their engineering and technical team are COMPTIA Security + certified as a minimum.

About ClearFocus Technologies (CFT): ClearFocus Technologies is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified HUBZone company supporting NOAA, DOE Office of Intelligence, Sandia National Laboratories, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and the LoC. They provide next Generation Cybersecurity and Cloud solutions providing cyber hunt, advance threat detection, penetration testing, incident response and vulnerability management services. ClearFocus has considerable SOC experience and currently leads a SOC supporting the IC. They have strong network capabilities and have designed and implemented a national TS/SCI network supporting 30 US locations providing data, VOIP and VTC services. They provide both private and public cloud services, with capabilities to build and maintain data centers, servers, storage and a virtualization infrastructure to provide private cloud services, and have experience migrating agencies to public cloud services like AWS.

About Centuria Corporation: Centuria Corporation is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with more than a decade of experience working with NOAA’s NWS providing prime support for the NWS NEXRAD network in 159 Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations managed out of the NWS ROC, a recognized NWS Center of Excellence. Support included software, systems, engineering, integrated logistics support, configuration management, sustainment projects, and special projects. Centuria supports NOAA as primon the NOAA Weather Radio (NWR) Maintenance and Logistics Support contract and is also a subcontractor on NWS AWIPS II and NASA GSMO-2.

About LenTech, Inc.: LenTech, Inc. is a minority-owned, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) providing IT services and solutions, engineering, operations and technical solutions and to a broad range of civil and defense customers. About Adarga Systems: Adarga Systems is a Minority owned small business located in Annapolis Maryland, employing Software, System, Security, and Test Engineers. Their primary customers are NASA and NOAA supporting high-performance satellite ground system applications. They provide services across the system development lifecycle including project definition, system deployment and integration, system verification, sustainment, and operations and maintenance (O&M). They have implemented systems using custom solutions as well as commercial products from a variety of vendors.

About V! Studios: V! Studios designs interactive media, communications, and advanced interactive systems leverages 3D animations, 4K content, 360 videos, video streaming, and responsive websites. They are an AWS and Azure Partner with both commercial and government clients, providing cloud services leveraging cloud automation tools to drive down cost while increasing speed and reliability.
