Our NOAA SBIR-funded AI tool for atmospheric river and extreme precipitation forecasting is U.S. patent pending and eligible for SBIR Phase III awards.

Samira co-founded INNOVIM in 2003 and leads it as Managing Member of an SBA-certified women-owned small business. She brings twenty years in sales, marketing and strategic outreach, and leads the company’s community engagement and STEM partnerships across the DC region.

Dr. Shahin Samadi

A former NASA systems architect, Shahin co-founded INNOVIM and leads its technical vision. He founded the InnoVisions™ AI platform, is principal investigator on the NOAA SBIR-funded LEARN² forecasting tool, and previously served on the faculty of Johns Hopkins University as an Adjunct Professor.
Marianna runs INNOVIM day to day. She began her career at the Defense Contract Audit Agency, has led major contract transitions, and oversees programs from $3M to $150M. She is Program Manager for INNOVIM’s NASA SEWP VI contract.
Mark brings decades of U.S. Air Force program support in missile warning, missile defense, and command and control. He leads INNOVIM’s defense operations and growth across Department of War programs.
A former U.S. Army field artillery and space operations officer, Stephen built and led the proposal team behind roughly $500M in awarded growth on MDA’s IRES contract at Amentum. He brings capture, pricing and contracts experience to INNOVIM’s pursuits across defense and civil agencies.
