Women in Technology (WIT) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women in technology careers within the DC metro area. We believe that despite the increasing demand for tech talent, women remain significantly underrepresented. WIT is committed to changing this by providing education, mentoring, and professional development opportunities, creating an inclusive and innovative tech industry for all. Since 1994, our community has fostered growth and connection, and we continue to champion the advancement of women in technology through advocacy, partnerships, and active engagement.
