After 15+ years of extraordinary service, Michael Kramer, Vice President of Talent Management, is retiring from INNOVIM.
From the first day he joined the company, Michael has been a defining force behind INNOVIM’s people-first culture. He helped shape how we lead, support one another, and ensure every employee feels valued and empowered, at every stage of their journey.
Michael brought a rare combination of deep expertise in employment law and human-centered leadership. Throughout his tenure, he guided INNOVIM through complex workforce and benefits matters with clarity, integrity, and fairness. He also led significant initiatives that strengthened our foundation, including the successful implementation of INNOVIM’s Human Capital Management Information System, which improved operational efficiency and elevated the overall employee experience.
But Michael’s greatest impact cannot be measured in systems or policies; it is reflected in the people he supported. For years, Michael made it a priority to connect with every team member early in their time at INNOVIM and again as they transitioned to new opportunities. The result has been consistent and powerful: employees leave INNOVIM with genuine appreciation for the way they were treated, the culture they experienced, and the leadership they received, much of it shaped by Michael’s steady presence and commitment.
“Michael has helped guide INNOVIM through many of our toughest decisions with wisdom and care, always keeping people at the center,” said Dr. Shahin Samadi, Co-Owner of INNOVIM. “He has played a major role in making INNOVIM the kind of workplace where employees feel respected, supported, and motivated to grow. His legacy will be felt for years to come.”
As Michael enters retirement, INNOVIM expresses deep gratitude for his leadership, dedication, and the lasting culture he helped build. We wish him continued health, joy, and fulfillment in the next chapter—and we celebrate the legacy he leaves behind.
