INNOVIM is pleased to announce the promotion of Dena Joseph to Director of Human Resources, following the retirement of Michael Kramer, who served the company with distinction in the role.
Dena brings more than 15 years of human resources experience supporting organizations across the federal, government contracting, and corporate sectors. Her expertise spans talent management, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and organizational operations—positioning her well to lead INNOVIM’s HR function as the company continues to grow.
A valued member of the INNOVIM team for over 15 years, Dena has supported both corporate operations and client-facing environments in progressively responsible roles. Throughout her tenure, she has partnered closely with leadership to strengthen workforce processes, support employees across the full employment lifecycle, and guide the organization through periods of change and expansion.
Known for her collaborative, people-first leadership style, Dena brings a strong balance of operational discipline and strategic perspective. She is widely respected for her ability to align long-term organizational priorities with the day-to-day needs of employees and managers. Her contributions have been recognized for advancing inclusive practices, operational excellence, and cross-team collaboration.
