INNOVIM proudly announces its recent award of a multi-year Task Order contract from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), Office of Observations. This contract will deliver essential Logistics Management Support Services for some of the nation’s most important weather observation systems, further strengthening Innovim’s reputation as a trusted partner in federal logistics and systems management.
Under this competitive contract, Innovim will provide expert logistics, acquisition, inventory, and database management support for the Logistics Management Branch (OBS34), ensuring high availability and lifecycle support of key weather technologies, including:
- NEXRAD (Next Generation Radar)
- ASOS (Automated Surface Observing System)
- AWIPS (Advanced Weather Interactive Processing System)
- Upper Air systems
Scope of Services
INNOVIM’s team of experts will provide:
- Advanced logistics support and inventory management
- Procurement and cataloging of mission-critical spares
- Real-time database and system interface support with platforms such as WLIS, CLS, MILSTRIP, and Oracle-based systems
- Project management and strategic guidance to sustain operational excellence across the NWS’ national logistics infrastructure
