Sammy is one of the founding partners and the managing member of INNOVIM. She applies 20 years of sales and marketing expertise to bring to life INNOVIM’s community outreach endeavors. Sammy holds a BA in business from George Mason University, and an MBA with a focus in marketing from Johns Hopkins University. Active in community outreach, Sammy leads INNOVIM’s commitment to be an active and positive contributor to local social and educational causes and initiatives.
Cindi brings more than 30 years of experience with software development, satellite operations ground system design and implementation, and technical program management to her current role managing the entire depth and breadth of INNOVIM’s operations. Ms. Brown’s dynamic and inclusive management style unites customers, teammates, and employees for mutually beneficial results and long-term
Arnie has over 31 years of experience with success in military and aerospace, photonics, energy, C5-ISR, concealed object imaging,
hyperspectral gas and residue identification, and technology-driven startups. Arnie is passionate about developing new products for emerging markets in the commercial, military, marine, and aerospace industries. He was an early pioneer in the development of ubiquitous, secure, worldwide data gathering processing and analysis systems with graphical search user interfaces; vehicle collision avoidance systems; and
multi-spectral detection and track algorithms. Mr. Kravitz was nominated to the U.S. Air Force scientific advisory board in 2012.
Shahin Samadi, PhD
Shahin launched INNOVIM in 2003. As an innovator, Dr. Samadi applies his expertise in computer science engineering, architectural design, and program management to develop high value solutions. His extensive engineering and systems architectural experience has its foundations at NASA, complemented by technical leadership positions at CRM leader Merkle, internet media innovator Vodium, and business information technology provider BNA. Dr. Samadi has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University and has published numerous Technical papers.
Philip Ardanuy, PhD
Phil has 35 years’ experience researching, refining, and redefining weather and environmental satellite observations, scientific research,
modeling, and decision support for NASA and NOAA. Prior to INNOVIM, Phil served as Principal Engineering Fellow and Weather Solution Architect from Hughes Aircraft/Raytheon Intelligence, Information, and Services. Dr. Audanuy’s unique phenomenological insight and interpretive solutions have gained wide recognition in this science community.
William J. Harris
William brings over 35 years of experience in both the civil and defense sectors to drive our business development activities. He has performed the full spectrum of technical management from engineering to programmatic leadership along with many successful years as a Business Development leader for both large and small companies. Mr. Harris is also a Scholar/Practitioner in the areas of technology adoption and innovation.
