INNOVIM Defense Services (IDS) has been awarded a subcontract by Kratos Federal Solutions Group to support the USAF Space and Missile Systems Center’s (SMC’s) Command and Control System – Consolidated (CCS-C) Production and Sustainment Contract (CPASC).  The CCS-C is the satellite control ground system providing the capability to control Department of Defense (DoD) military communications satellites at Schriever AFB, CO.  IDS supports the contract by developing and updating operations procedures and publishing them as Technical Orders (TOs) for on-line use by satellite operators in USAF Satellite Operations Centers (SOCs) supporting the following four satellite families:

IDS employees (L-R) Rich Leon, Bob Cass, and Mark Santos are supporting the US Air Force under our new CPASC contract
  • Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF)
  • Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS)
  • Milstar
  • Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS)

IDS personnel work together with software developers and Air Force satellite operators to develop, test, and publish accurate and easy-to-follow procedures for each new satellite launched and update procedures for existing satellites on orbit.  We also update the procedures for changes to software and the CCS-C architecture.
