INNOVIM has been supporting NASA Goddard’s Earth Observing System Data and Information System (EOSDIS) since 2006 when we first began defining the requirements for the Suomi-NPP Science Data Segment. We continued supporting EOSDIS when the system support moved to the EOSDIS Evolution and Development (EED) contract in 2012 as a subcontractor to Raytheon. Our great teamwork with Raytheon on this program won us joint 2014 awards from Goddard’s Office of Small Business Programs – INNOVIM for Small Business Subcontractor of the Year and Raytheon for Large Business Prime Contractor of the Year. With the July 1 award of the EED-2 recompete to our teammate Raytheon, we will continue to support this state of the art science system for NASA’s Earth Science data.

“INNOVIM has deep roots in NASA’s Earth Observing System Data and Information System. Our company grew up alongside this system,” says INNOVIM Chief Technology Officer Shahin Samadi. “We are thrilled to be able to continue the journey.”
